Our campground has twenty spacious sites for rustic tent campers. With access to our campus showers, restrooms, and barbeque facilities, you have all the necessities needed to enjoy Big Sky Country. We even provide a secure fire pit for grilling fresh rainbow trout and roasting marshmallows.

RV Hookups and Facilities

Over 175 parking pads with 50 and 30 amp hook-up services, our RV Park is comfortable, and easily accessible. We provide wide pad sites for larger RVs and longer pull-thrus, so you can arrive and depart without the stress of backing up your RV to park or turn around. Not only do we offer accessibility and comfort, but we also host some of the region’s best views. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Gallatin National Forest right outside your window.

Cabin Rentals

Leave all the tents, rigging, and headaches of packing at home, just bring yourself, a cooler of food, clothing, and your family and friends. Our cabin rentals offer a standard and deluxe option depending on your needs. You can bring everything you would need for camping and skip the tent for our standard cabin rental or just bring yourself, clothing and food for the deluxe option. We can accommodate groups of 4 to 6 and strongly recommend making a reservation in advance for these luxurious camping options.

Lionshead RV Campground also offers a close access point to the forest trailheads, ATV trails, fishing, sightseeing tours, and wildlife viewing and is just a short drive to the nearby resort town of West Yellowstone Montana. Located near the west side of Hebgen Lake Basin, Lionshead RV hosts fifty acres full of streams, ponds, and hiking trails, a destination campground for all ages.

Our camping facilities are also home to a large dance hall and outdoor pavilion equipped with barbeques and fire pits. We can accommodate large and small groups for all occasions.
